BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please bring:  
A current, government issued photo ID.
All of the documents that need to be notarized.  Forms need to be filled out completely.  Please don’t sign the document or form.

ATTENTION: Everybody signing needs to be present. (No exceptions)

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please do so as soon as possible before your scheduled appointment.
I can book you another appointment at your earliest convenience.

If for any reason the notarization scheduled does not carry out, a travel fee will be applied.

For example, if at the appointment a person is not in possession of a current physical ID, the person whose signature needed is not present, or the person signing is not coherent or doesn’t know what they are signing, the notary will be unable to notarize but a traveling fee will be applied.
